i; <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEE flNG <br />Monday, Sq>teniber 26,2005 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCT 102005 <br />OF ORONO <br />I <br />ROLL <br />The Council met on the above mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor Barbara <br />Peterson; C ouk U members Bob Sansevere, Jim Murphy, Jim White, and Lili McMillan; City <br />Attorney Thomas Barrett; Representing staff were, City Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning <br />Director Mike Oaffron, Planners Janice Gundlach and Melanie Curtis; Engineer Tom Kellogg, <br />Public Service Director Greg Gappa, and Recorder Kristi Anderson. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:08 P.M, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approvc/Amend <br />Items S, 10,11,12,13, and 14 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />White moved, McMltUa seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. Vote: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. REGLTLAR COUNCIL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 12,200S <br />Whim moved, McMIHaa seconded, to approve the Minutes of September 12,2005, as <br />sabndtted. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PARKCOI IISSION CO)I INTS - CHARLES KROGNESS <br />Krogness stated drat he had no new information to share as the Park Commission would be meeting <br />the following week. <br />Murphy encouraged the Commission to take a closer look at the Rural Oasis Study’s relevance to <br />parks 1^ pertinent codes. He indicated a willingness to meet with the Commission over the winter <br />months to work dan the study and have a dialogue with the Commission regarding its relevance. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS - ROLAND JURGENS <br />Jurgens stated that he had nothing to report, but would remain for questions. <br />PUBUC COMMENTS <br />There were none. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT <br />PAGE 1 of 10 <br />I <br />!S <br />I
