Amendment of the existing conditional use permit to allow a 50 ’ x 44 ’ interior <br />expansion of the bar/restaurant into the spaces previously occupied by the dry <br />cleaner and Jul Ann Hair Fashions. <br />2. Amendment of the existing conditional use permit to allow outdoor seating at the <br />rear of the building, adjacent to the City owned parking lot but within the <br />applicant’s property, measuring 837 s.f. in area or approximately 32 additional <br />seats. <br />(the kitchen and vestibule additions have been incorporated into the existing building, <br />eliminating the need for front and side yard setback variances and the outdoor seating <br />along Shoreline Drive has been eliminated)______N
