To approve an application with such significant variances and conflicts with <br />use of the property would be inconsistent with the past actions of the council <br />and city. The laws and regulations are in place to direct the action of the city <br />council, and therefore if there is significant sentiment against the proposal, <br />then strict q>plication of the zoning and ordinances should be maintained. <br />This proposal has many variance requests and therefore should not be <br />approx ed. <br />We moved to Navarre, because we wanted the benefit of living in a small town close <br />to a major metropolitan area. I am hopeful that by carefully planning and building <br />this .community, we can still let everyone near us perceive that they arc living in a <br />small town, with all of the small town advantages. <br />Thank you for considering the denial of this application. <br />Sincerely, <br />David R.
