With regards to the placement of limitations on the applicant's use, does the Planning <br />Commission wish to suggest any parameters for hours of outdoor operation or propose any guidelines for <br />its limited trial basis? <br />S. The Otono Police Department has been requested to have a representative at the <br />Sq)tember 19 meeting if possible. Are there any specific issues that the Police Department should <br />address? <br />6. Have the noise issues been adequately addressed? <br />If the Planning Commission concludes that no further plan revisions are necessary and that any remaining <br />issues should be addressed by the City Council, then it would be appropriate to forward a <br />recommendation on this application to the Council. <br />Anderst noted a noise study was also completed. <br />Oaffix>n stated the noise study is included in the Planning Conunission packets, with the consultant also <br />being available at tonight’s meeting to answer questions. <br />Sylvia Frank, Architect, indicated the plan is to eliminate the center vestibule completely and to make an <br />emergency exit near die stage. <br />Leslie inquired whether the layout of the doors has been finalized on any of the plans submitted to the <br />City. <br />Frank stated the code does not require those doors to be there and they could be closed off and made into <br />windows. <br />Rahn opened the public hearing. <br />Lois Hudlow, 3438 Lyric Avenue, stated the noise study specifically addresses the ';outh side of the <br />building anr* that she resides on the north side of the building. Hudlow stated in her opinion a noise study <br />should have been completed as well on the north side, noting her residence overlooks the parking lot.
