Final grading and drainage plans shall be submitted for review and approval by City <br />Engineer prior to Council action. <br />VOTE: 7 FOR 0 AGAINST <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />Scheduling Is dependent on submittal of grading and drainage plan and approval by <br />City Engineer. State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning <br />requests within 60 da)rs from the date of application, and that this review period may be extended by <br />notification to the applicant Your application was received on April 20, 2005 but remianed <br />incomplete until June 2,2005, and the initial 60-day review period would end on August 1,2005. <br />However, because your application was required to be reviewed a second time by the Planning <br />Commission due to your plan revisions, the earliest potential date of final Council action falls after <br />the 60-day period ends. Therefore, the 60-day review period is hereby extended an additional 60 <br />days to September 30,2005.
