I have been in contact with the dty attorneys and both felt Ihe existjng wording In Section 58-72 <br />is not adequate and could lead to summary judgments that would not favor the dty, leading to wasted <br />staff ar^ aittornay mpenses. It is B and Z*8 position to work with the property owner's as long as a <br />oommilment to tlx the situation is made, but we are dealing with several cases that are going on four <br />plus years. Every conceivable dive branch has been extended to these owners, but it is now time for <br />enforcement Thank you for your time and consideration.
