Plat Map <br />Background <br />In May of this year the applicants received a conditional use permit and hardcover <br />variances in order to construct a new lake access stair, conduct grading and install a <br />number of boulder retaining walls. Iluit application was completed without a complete <br />property review as the property owner at that time had not approached the City for <br />building permits for a new home.
