w <br />I gathered and artfully presented the evidence to the Rooster <br />o^ers in a very diplomatic way which helped them to come to <br />their own decision to find a new home for said Rooster. <br />It is my observation that Officer Pharo has as keen an <br />understanding of Human Psychology and Human Nature as he <br />does of the practical reach of the Law, and he knows how to utilize <br />them both to resolve complicated cases. <br />We feel very fortunate to have him at the Orono Police <br />Department, and owe him a deep debt of gratitude for his patience <br />and hard work on both of these cases. <br />It is because of his hard work that we are no longer awakened at <br />2:00am and 5: ISam, and can once again sleep with our windows <br />open and enjoy the wonderful summer breezes. <br />Thanks again to you, and to Officer Pharo. <br />We truly appreciate all your hard work. <br />Dwight and Karmen Post <br />2755 Deer Run Tnul E <br />Orono, MN 55356 <br />Ph. 952-404-2852
