A revised parking plan shall be submitted showing a 20’ parking setback from <br />Highway 12 and die revised parking stall arrangement required to achieve this, <br />prior to City Council review. <br />2. Submittal of the shared parking and access arrangement documents prior to City <br />Council review. <br />3. A revised landscape plan shall be submitted prior to City Council review which <br />incorporates the comments contained in this report. <br />Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br />Section 78-792. Review of Building Permit Application. All applicants for a building <br />permit shall be reviewed by the council and referred to the planning commission for <br />review. <br />Section 78-793. Permitted Uses. Within any B-6 highway business district, no structure <br />or land shall be used except for one of the following uses or uses deemed similar by the <br />council: (1) offices (business and professional). <br />Section 78-797.
