Attached you will find a letter from the structural engineer that states the current footings, foundation <br />and structure are usable for the proposed remodeling project This is where my problems begin and I need your <br />help and wisdom. <br />Separately the structural engineer, Lyle Oman - City Building Official, the excavator and my concrete guy are all <br />saying '...experience says that the project will turn out better and most likely even cost less if it is done as a <br />rebuild*. <br />I look forward to your help with this issue.
