M <br />we move to a new phase in our Ufo, we are in the process of selling our hotne. A <br />zoning variance w^d directly affect its value and appeal to potential buyers. <br />Wanting to be neighborty, we are sympathetic to our neighbors hope to build a new <br />business. In foct, we even hired him when his business wasn’t a full-scale landscaping <br />business but merely lawn mowirtg with a John Deere garden tractor.
