The applicant has not been in touch with staff, nor has staff be able to reach the applicant, to <br />determine whether the side street setback variance remains part of the request or whether the <br />applicant will comply with the Planning Conunission recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Direct staff to draft a resolution approving a iot area and lot width variance but denying the side <br />street setback variance for property located at 1345 Rest Point Lane.
