EXHIBIT I <br />Junel3.2005 <br />Tot Whom it may concern: ^ <br />From Willie Oibbs, Onsite Septic System Manager <br />Re: 174S Fox Street, Proposed SkAbdivision <br />1 am in receipt of the most recent changes to the septic system designs by <br />Rusty Olson’s Soil and Perc. Testing. The items 1 addrnued in my May <br />P’T 2005 to Mr. Olson have been addressed except for the man-m^e pond <br />and subsequent potential flooding problems. Those issues ^vere answered <br />by Marie Oronb^ of Oronberg Surveying.
