Submittal of a &vorable engineering report regarding the existing foundation and <br />its ability to withstand the proposed improvements, <br />2. Dedication of a 20 ’ sewer easement centered over the existing sewer line, this <br />easement should be dedicated by both owners (1090 Wildhurst Trail and 4480 <br />Forest Lake Landing). Staff is willing to negotiate the language of the easement <br />to protect existing encroachments and other potential interests, <br />3. Dedication of a 5* drainage and utility easement, by both property owners, to exist <br />on each side of the revised common lot line. <br />The applicant requested a secondary recommendation should the engineering report on <br />the existing foun^tion be unfavorable, which the Commission choose not to do. <br />VOTE:FOR AGAINST <br />Applicant’s next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />CHy Council - Monday, July 11,2005; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission or Council minutes, <br />they are available from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission or Council. State law provides that Cities shall make decisions on zoning <br />requests within 60 days from the date of application, and that this review period may be <br />extended by notification to the applicant. Your application was received on April 20, <br />2005, and was deemed complete on May 4,2005. The 60-day review period would end <br />on July 3,2005. Because the earliest scheduled date of final Council action falls after the <br />60-day period ends^ the 6May review period is hereby extended on additionol 60 dmys <br />to September 1,2005. <br />J
