The site is located in <br />the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Willow Drive and T.H. 12. The plans and plat generally conform <br />to the previously approved overall plan set and are generally acceptable. We recommend the following minor <br />revisions to the plans with regards to engineering matters: <br />Sanitary Sewer: <br />• Thesteel 12-inch sanitary sewer casing shown on Sheet C4.0S should be revised to a minimum size of <br />18-inches. <br />Bridge Plaas: <br />• The applicant should conduct a soil investigation to verify the existing conditions, prepare a report of <br />recommendations and coordinate the information with the bridge engineer if this has not already been <br />completed. <br />• The bridge should be d«igned for a live load HS2S if the designers are using AASHTO Standard <br />Specifications 17*^ Edition or HL-93 if AASHTO LRFD Specifications are used. <br />• Final bridge plans should be prepared and sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the Suite of <br />Minnesota and those plans submitted to the city for final review and commenL <br />• The plans should include railings on top of the wing walls. <br />Please contact me at (651) 604-4863 if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br />Yours very truly. <br />BONESTROO.
