The final plats are presented to Council for final tqiproval and resolution adoption. <br />No public hearing or Planning Commission review is required, as the preliminary plat has already been <br />approved, and all plan details submitted appear to conform with the preliminary plat approvals. Home <br />construction within each of these phases will be allowed once the final fees have been paid and plats <br />filed for each phase.
