The difficulty comes in
when the accessory building becomes oversize and greater setback requirements come into
play, and file location of sq>tic sites and the pool become limiting factors.
Summary of Issues for Consideration
1.Is there a suitable hardship justifying a variance for the size of the building in excess
of that normally allowed?
2.Are the* visual impacts of the building significant? How will they impact tlic
sinrounding neighborhood? Does the partial undergrounding of the structure
suitably limit any negative visual impacts?
3.Are there other impacts of this oversized building being allowed, for now or for the
future, that should be addressed?
4. Are there any negative impacts associated with the request for plumbing, as long as
the standard covenants are agreed to?
S. Are there any other issues with this proposed construction?
