This would appear to be for convenience and does not appear to <br />provide the potential for occupancy of this building as a separate dwelling unit. Applicant has <br />been advised to propose connection of this half-bath to the existing main residence septic system <br />rather than use a holding tank. A CUP for this minimal level of plumbing would seem <br />reasonable given the walking distance to the residence. Such a CUP would be subject to the <br />standard covenant limitations required by code. <br />The building plans indicate a car wash area. Any disposal of car washing effluent cannot be to <br />the septic system.
