VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 2, Fritzler and <br />Jurgens opposed. <br />#05-3112 LOREN AND STACEY SCHOENZEIT, 4480 FOREST LAKE LANDING, LOT <br />LINE REARRANGEMENT AND VARIANCES, 10:07 P.M. -10:58 P.M. <br />Loren and Stacey Schoenzeit, Applicants, were present. <br />Gundlach stated the applicants are requesting the following variances in order to construct additions onto <br />the existing footprint and to remodel the existing residence: <br />1. Lot line rearrangement with 1090 Wildhurst Trail whereby a land exchange would result in two <br />non-conforming area and width lots to remain non-conforming in area and width. <br />2. Rear/street yard setback variance to permit a setback of approximately 10 feet when 30 feet is <br />normally required and 8 feet currently exists. <br />3. Hardcover variance to permit 26.7 percent hardcover within the 7S'-2S0’ zone where 2S is normally <br />allowed and 40.8 percent currently exists. <br />4. Hardcover variance to permit 60 percent hardcover within the 250*-500’ zone where 30 percent is <br />normally allowed and S4.9 percent currently exists. <br />S. Structural coverage variance to f jrmit 16.5 percent structural coverage where IS percent is normally <br />allowed and IS percent currently exists. <br />Gundlach indicated the applicant has met with staff regarding the desire to construct an attached garage to <br />the existing home. In conjunction with the garage addition, the applicant would like to remodel and add <br />onto the existing home. The applicant was advised that in order to construct the garage addition it would <br />be necessaty to obtain additional property to avoid requesting a side yard setback variance.
