The proposed ordinance language would require a 20 ’ structure <br />setback from the boundary of the requited wetland buffer, such buffer being a ftmction of the <br />acreage of the wetland basin. Uixler the proposed ordinance: <br />- For the large wetland south of the proposed building, a 35’ buffer and 20 ’ setback <br />would be rqrplicable, for a total of 55’ from the wetland boundary. <br />- For the sm^l wetland to the northeast oftbe proposed building, a 16 ’buffer and 20 ’ <br />setback would be iqrplicable, for a total of 36 ’ from the wetland boundary. <br />The City Council has not yet adopted the proposed wetland ordinance, although it is anticipated such <br />action will take place within the next month or two. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from <br />the City Recorder after review and qiproval by the Planning Commission.
