After review of the moratorium and draft ordinance, staff would offer the <br />following comments: <br />• The wetland moratorium pertains strictly to approvals for alterations of wetlands or lands <br />within 26’ of wetlands. T^ proposed project appears to be out of the wetland and indicates <br />no grading or land alteration within 26’ of the wetland boundary. Therefore, the project is not <br />subject to nor delayed by the wetland moratorium. <br />- The City Attorney has reviewed the status of the application and has concluded that your <br />current project will be subject to the current ordinance in effect at the date you made <br />application (4-20-05) and will jjgj have to change to meet provisions of any ordinances <br />adopted after the date of your application submittal.
