r'-'--iTaaotTn—»-<r* <br />wSfJr^P-. <br />4.Each lot will be served with municipal sanitary sewer and private wells. <br />The municipal sewer is available to both lots and the property has been <br />fully assess^ for sewer. <br />5.Lot 1 contains the existing detached garage, guesthouse, tennis court and <br />other hardcover, which must be removed prior to filing of the final plat. <br />6.Lot 2 contains the existing house with attached garage, shed, pool and <br />other hardcover, which must be removed prior to filing of the final plat. <br />7.Lot 1 will have a separate access from Tonkawa Road, which will require <br />a permit from Hennepin County. <br />8.Lot 2 will be served off the existing drive access from Tonkawa Road. <br />Should this access be moved with construction of a new home, approval <br />must be obtained from Hennepin County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br />finding noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the <br />preliminary plat application of David R. and Joann Pomije at 801 Tonkawa Road per <br />prelimmary plat drawings by Mark Gronberg of Gronberg and Associates, Inc., dated <br />March 16,200S, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Appropriate driveways permits shall be obtained from Hetmepin County. <br />2.AH existing structures and hardcover must be removed prior to filing of <br />the fiinal plat. <br />3.The developer diall grant to the City 10 foot drainage and utility <br />easements along perimeter property boundaries and 5 foot drainage and <br />utility easements ^ong interior property boundaries. <br />An erosion and sediment control plan shall be submitted for City Engineer <br />review and approval prior to final plat approval. <br />5. <br />6. <br />Payment of standard Park Dedication Fee for Lot 1, Block 1. <br />Payment of standard storm water and drainage trunk fee for the property. <br />Page 2 of S
