Carlson pointed out die lot would be landscaped as the buildings are being constructed. <br />Mnrphy moved, Mdtfillan seconded, to direct staff to draft an approval resolution for Application <br />M5-3080, Interspace West, 2060 Wayzata Boulevard West <br />Murphy requested Staff outline the steps in the approval process. <br />Oundlach staled Staff would prepa re an approval resolution containing all of the issues discussed tonight <br />and previously, which would come back tefore the Council at their next meeting. Gundlach indicated <br />following that the applicant would need to submit detailed plans addressing all issues raised and reappear <br />before the Planning Commission and City Council for General Development Plan approval. <br />Sansevere inquired whedier the motion includes some revision to the roofline. <br />Murphy stated Mrs. Carlson has indicated she would be willing to break up the rooflines. <br />Gaffron noted fliat issue would be included wifliin the resolution. <br />VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 1, Sansevere opposed. <br />Sansevere noted he was opposed to the rpobon because he would like to see the revision to the roofline <br />prior to approving the concept plan. <br />9. #05-3081 ZB CONSTRUCTION, INC, 26XX KELLEY PARKWAY (OUTLOT E, <br />STONEBAY) - RPUD - FINAL DOCUMENTS REVIEW <br />Amie Zachman, ZB Construction, and Steve Johnston, Stonebay, were present. <br />Muifdiy indicated he has had an opportunity to visit this site and diat he is impressed widi the landscaping <br />in the back of this development. Murphy inquired how many buildings in die front are occupied or sold. <br />Johnston stated dwy have two models in the that have not been sold yet. <br />Gaffron stated at die last meeting the Council had directed Staff to draft approval documents and <br />resolution. The Council had requested additional screening or 'tedging to buffer the headlights from the <br />parking stalls, which die applicants have provided.
