NO. 5295 <br />Mnrphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5295, a Resolatlon <br />allowlag constmetioa of a half story attk addition with a steeper pitched roof in front of the <br />average lakeshore setback, 40* from the eastern OHWL of Lake Minnetonka and 8.25* from <br />the north side lot Hae to the eiistli^ nonconforming home at 3560 Ivy Place. VOTE: Ayes 4, <br />naysO. <br />8. #05-3080 INTERSPACE WEST, 2060 WAYZATA BOULEVARD WEST- <br />COMMERCIAL PUD CONCEPT PLAN - RESOLUTION NO. 5296 <br />Though she had nodiing new to add to the application, Gimdlach encouraged the Council to discuss <br />and take action on the Concept Plan Approval Resolution incorporating the recommendations of <br />the past three meetings, as well as Planning Commission recommendations. <br />White indicated that he found the attached resolution satisfactory. <br />PAGE S of 14
