V" <br />12. <br />J. <br />N. <br />O. <br />Q. <br />The Developer shall provide acopy of the covenants for review and approval by the City, <br />and said covenants shall be filed at the County with the final plat documents. <br />K. The Developer shall be reqransible for obtaining the necessary pomits fixan the regulatory <br />agencies such as the Minnesota Department of Health, MCES, Watershed District, <br />Minnesota DNR, MPCA and MnDOT. <br />L. The Developer shall report to the City Engineer the location of any drain tiles found during <br />construction. The Developer will comply with the City Engineer’s direction as far as <br />abandonment or relocation of the drain tile. <br />M. The Developer shall develop a sediment and erosion control plan and shall obtain the <br />necessary permits from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District prior to commencing <br />construction. Erosion control fencing will be required around the wetlands. Developer shall obtain a Construction Easement from Owner for constmction of Cascdae <br />Lane and associated utilities within Outlot G, STONEBAY. <br />Quality Assurance. ThedevelopershallcooperatewiththeCity’sBuildingandZoningstaff <br />to ensure quality woricmanship and materials are used in the construction of the building. <br />Prior to commencement of construction, the City’s Building and Zoning staff and the <br />Developer will develop a set of standards regarding the level of quality of workmanship and <br />materials. The8estandardswillbebasedonindustrystandards,manufacturersin8tallation <br />instructions, and other relevant criteria Issues related to quality of workmanship and/or <br />materials, which arise during construction, will be addressed based on these quality <br />standards.
