Site grading shall not commence until foe building permit has been issued. <br />Developers advised that an Erosion Control Permit must be obtained from foe Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District as well as foe required NPDES Phase U Construction Site <br />permit, before commencing any grading activity on the site. <br />CsZQSttU&fifiD * Thecondructimi, installation and materials shall be in accordance with the <br />plaiu and specifications rqrproved by foe City. <br />liMpecrion - The City forou^ its staffor consultants shall inspect the iiutallation of foe <br />improvements to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
