f. No signs shall be located on the roof of a building. 16.00 GENERAL RESTRICTIONS 16.01 Prohibition of namaye and Certain Activities. No damage to. or waste of the exterior of the Real Estate and buildings shall be oonimitted by any owner or any invitee of any owner, and each owner shall indemnify and hold the Association and the other owners harmless against all loss resulting fiom any such damage or waste caused to the Association or other owners by such owner or the owner's invitees.
