« <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOl.VED, (hat based on the findings of Resolution <br />No. 4479 the City Council oftheCityofOrono hereby approve.s the plat ofCITY OF ORONO RIGHT <br />OF WAY PLAT NO. 1, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The stonn water retention pond shall be developed to NURP standards and be protected <br />by granting of a drainage and utility easement to ensure the area will not be developed, and <br />drainageways are protected. <br />2. The road shall be dedicated as a public road and developed to standards established by <br />the City of Medina, subject to a Joint Agreement to be executed between the cities of <br />Orono and Medina with regards to construction and maintenance of the road. Road <br />construction can begin as soon as the Agreemetit between Orono and Medina has been <br />executed, and the final plat has been recorded with Hennepin County. <br />Adoptet! by the City Council of tiie City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held this <br />28lh day of February, 2005. <br />AITEST: <br />Linda S.
