B - 6 PUD General Concept Plan approval, <br />2. Preliminary Plat approval in order to create 10 units lots and one common lot, <br />3. Commercial Site Plan approval in order to obtain a building permit, and lastly <br />4. Easement Vacations in conjunction with dedication of new easements. <br />The applicants have proposed development of 20 units of office condos on appro.ximatcly <br />2.6 acres located at 2060 Way/ata Boulevard West. The proposed condos will be 2-story <br />walkouts containing approximately 34,186 s.f. of gross square footage. Each building <br />will contain a walk-out level, a mam floor level and a second story mezzanine. <br />Approval of this project will first require General Concept Plan approval. Preliminary <br />Plat approval and Commercial Site Plan approval, followed by General Development <br />Plan, Easement Vacation, and Final Plat approvals and an amendment to PUD Aareemeiit <br />No. 2A. <br />Staff Recomnmutation: Staff recommends that the application be tabled so that the <br />applicants are able to address the City Engineer comments as well as submittal of a <br />land.scape, lighting and signage plan.
