The applicant has proposed a 1,499 s.f. footprint with an attached 2-stall garage and staff feels that he <br />has proposed a plan that meets the direction of the Council. Therefore, Planning Staff recommends <br />approval of the hardcover variance request for 31.7% hardcover within the 75 ’-25()’ .setback as well as <br />the average lakcshorc setback variance. <br />Restoration Plan <br />The applicant has provided a revised restoration plan which appears to addrc.ss a majority of staffs <br />concerns. We will provide a full review for you at your next meeting. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Options include: <br />1. Accept the current plan and direct Staff to drafl a rc.solution reflecting Council ’s action for <br />adoption at your January 24"' meeting; or <br />2. Reject the current plan and again provide the applicant with guidance. <br />j
