Drall Council Minutes from 12-07-04 <br />Application Summary: <br />This application was tabled at your December 1.3“' meeting in order to provide the applicant a final <br />opportunity to redesign the proposal to rellect a 1,500 s.f. maximum building footprint and mitiinial <br />as.soeialcd hardcover. <br />I'he applicant has submitted a revi.sed plan; the footprint was reduced, one parking stall removed from <br />llie plan and now the applicant is proposing a variance for 31.7% hardcover within the 75’-250’ <br />setback /.one. 'I'he new design is reilueed from 1,609 s.f to a 1,499 s.f building footprint (including a <br />home, 2-car attached garage, and deck) with a total of 2,432 s.f or 31.7% hardcover in the 75’-250’ <br />zone.
