Construction Plans: Tlie following described detailed plans and specifications for the <br />complete installation of the Iniproven.cnts shall be submitted by the Developer for the <br />approval of the City prior to the start of construction. The Plans and specifications shall <br />conform to all current City standards for all applicable work. The detailed plans and <br />specifications for complete installation are as follows: <br />4. Construction of Improvements: <br />a.Commencement Date -The construction of Improvements shall begin no later than <br />_____________________. No land alterations can lake place until erosion <br />control is established and the City is in receipt of a final grading and road plan.
