The pavement .section is from the Orono <br />Standard Details, City Plate No. STR-5. After di.scussions with the City Council the <br />trail location is unchanged. The trail has been revised to be a natural base trail where <br />erosion may occur. <br />2.The grading plan has been revised to show grading in all of the lots. We discussed <br />with Mike (lalfron the grading of the westerly portions of I.ots 1 and 2 to drain <br />southerly to the creek. He does nut want to mass grade this area but would rather <br />grade the area to provide drainage to the creek with niininial disturbance. A note iias <br />been added to the grading plan. <br />3. 'I'hc following arc the rcsponse.s to the comments from Lance Hoff: <br />1.The additional runoff has been added as recommended to the storm sewer and <br />pond design and the storm .sewer and ponds have been revised. <br />2. 'I'lic HOF elevation of 950.4 from the road has been added to the plans. <br />3.The !•( )F from the road has been offset from the storm sewer <br />4.The HOF' elevation of 941.2 from the pond to the wetland has been added to the <br />plans. <br />5.riic pond and infiltration berms have been raised to be 1 ’ above the lOO-yr <br />.stonn.
