A <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />CREEKSIDE IN ORONO <br />.FILE«04-30I6 <br />WHEREAS, the City ofOrono is a municipal conwration organized and ex isiing under <br />the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hcreinancr “City Council”) has <br />adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by Creekside in Orono LLC <br />(hcrcinaner the “Developer”) for subdivision ofproperty located at 120 Brown Road South and legally <br />described as follows: <br />Tract H, Registered Land Survey No. 352, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on July 12,2004 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5204 granting <br />Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed development of a seven-lot Planned Residential Development <br />(PRD) plat for single family residential purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has completed or has agreed to complete all other <br />requirements of the platting regulations of the City including: <br />1. Completion of all platting requirements of Prcliminarj’ Plat Resolution No. 5204. <br />2. Submittal of a ‘record preliminary plat drawing’ incoqwrating all elements described in <br />Conditions 1 and 2 of Resolution No. 5204. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements and Drainage <br />Easements as required in Resolution No. 5204. <br />V Page 1 of 8
