Applicant provided revised plans <br />on January 20 responding to the comments of the City Engineer as noted in his January 13 letter, and <br />responding to the discussions of January 10. It is staffs <br />expectations that any additional engineering issues are relatively minor and can be worked out in a short <br />time, such that staff is comfortable with Council approving the plat subject to staff and City Engineer <br />approval of final plans before releasing the plat for filing.
