The service arrangc:nent benefits Orono and the contract cities by <br />providing sulTtrient funding for a full-tine Community Service Officer. Each year, the contracts <br />are renewed v.'ith a fee increase equivalent to the annual adjustment made to the City’s pay <br />schedule, which is 3% for 2005.
