LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />documents affected by such interest.. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Executed drainage easements over all drainageways <br />and storm sewer lines if applicable (see sampl <br />withVn^flood^plain/we^^^^ area'be^low 970' elevation- <br />(see sample enclosed). <br />e) Signed and executed developer's agreement and letter <br />of credit to cover all required improvements not <br />completed by final plat approval (see sample of <br />developer's agreement enclosed). <br />f) Executed road and utilities easement over the <br />private road outlots (Outlots A, D and E - sample <br />enclosed). <br />g) Private covenants in a form for ^to include <br />division of ownership and ^®spons^bi 1ity for <br />maintenance of the private road and drainage facilities <br />(see sample covenant enclosed). <br />h) Executed drainfield covenant prepared for filing <br />against each lot to be amended per directives of Item 8 <br />in conditions of approval. <br />i) completed application for private road name. <br />Subdivider shall have the choice of naming the roa <br />with in Outlots A and D (see form attached). <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />I <br />J
