City of OROIVO <br />r,rChTY-r- <br />I OF <br />fORONOj <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2764________ <br />11. All final grading, drainage and road plans shall be <br />done in accordance with the directivesof the Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District permit and the final report of the <br />City Engineer before any land alterations or construction <br />can begin. The subdivider shall execute a developer's <br />agreement that shall include all required improvements not <br />completed by the filing of the final plat. The subdivider <br />shall also provide a letter of credit to be written to the <br />amount of 150% of the cost of all outstanding improvements <br />to ensure their completion. The letter of credit must also <br />be submitted prior to final plat approval by the City. The <br />subdivider is hereby advised that building permits shall not <br />be issued upon final plat approval until gravel road base <br />has been approved by the City Engineer and required drainage <br />ponds and controls have been installed and approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />12. The subdivider must submit an approval/permit from the <br />Army Corp. of Engineers for proposed land alterations within <br />a wetland/f lood" plain area. This permit approval must be <br />submitted before any grading takes place on the property. <br />FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly <br />scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month: <br />A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br />and one (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Edward <br />H. Sunde of Sunde Land Surveying Inc., dated October <br />27, 1989, most recent revised date February 23, 1990. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10 <br />wide along all perimeter property lines and 5' each <br />side of internal property lines - omit along the sides <br />of the designated wetlands defined as drainage <br />easements. <br />c) Designate all wetland areas (areas at or below 970* <br />elevation) as drainage easements. <br />Page 5 of 7 <br />II a i
