If applicant wishes to vacate alley, a separate <br />vacation application must be applied for. A vacation application has been <br />enclosed for your information. <br />As already noted in the staff memo, the City must be in receipt of an <br />additional $150.00 payment as the application is considered an after-the- <br />fact conditional use permit. <br />Before application can be rescheduled before the Plannin9 Commission, <br />the City staff must be in receipt of the following: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Opinion of the City Attorney concerning legality of application. <br />Updated survey confirming dry buildable area of property. <br />3. Vacation application if desired. (Deadline is 25 days before <br />third Monday of month.) Application submitted for your information <br />includes a 1990 schedule and has not been updated as of this writing. <br />Contact City staff if you have any questions pertaining to filing <br />deadlines. <br />4. Payment of $150.00 for the after-the-fact/penalty land use <br />application. <br />5. Inspection of clubhouse facility by building staff to confirm <br />that structure conforms to requirements of RS District for day use <br />recreation. <br />i-. <br />I
