Applicant proposes installation of a <br />detached garage, 28' x 34', at a maximum height of 14' to be <br />installed to the northwest of the existing church structures. <br />Required setback <br />Proposed = 90' <br />50' <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (B) - Height restrictions. No <br />accessory building in the R district shall exceed height of <br />principal building nor a height of 30'. Proposed building is at <br />a 14' maximum height. <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (E) - Accessory structures in <br />excess of 750 s. f. footprint area shall be located at least 15' <br />from any lot line. Proposed detached structure is at 952 s.f., <br />less than 1000 s.f.. and must meet a 15' setback from any lot <br />line.
