Provide a planting schedule for restoration <br />i.e. -Time schedule <br />- Plant materials listing and site plan <br />- Detail on shelter island if proposed <br />- Landscaping plan (walls, berms, etc. if proposed). <br />2.Planning Commission indicated that their intent for this area is <br />to maintain the natural habitat quality (as opposed to a park- <br />like manicured look). <br />Staff suggests you contact the Hennepin Soil & Water Conservation <br />District (544-8572) who will work with you regarding standards for wildlife <br />ponds. <br />Regarding the issue of the brick pillars. Planning Commission <br />determined that they are to be considered as a fence, and because they are <br />in yards adjacent to dedicated public streets, can be no higher than 3 1/2* <br />per the non-encroachments sections of the Code. No permit is required, but <br />the pillars must be cut back to 3 1/2' high above existing grade. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of <br />additional information. Deadline for the February 19, 1991 meeting is <br />Monday, February 11, 1991, or Monday, March 11, 1991 for the March 18, 1991 <br />meeting. <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional information, please <br />contact the Zoning Department (473-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Clerk after review and approval <br />by the Planning Commission. <br />Isv
