Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date:June 12, 1991 <br />Subject: The Use of Geotechnic Fabric as it Relates to Hardcover <br />Council had asked to reconsider the use of weed control <br />fabric as it relates to hardcover at their May 28th meeting. The <br />Council voted unanimously to approve the use of geotechnic non- <br />woven fabric as an acceptable method of controling weeds as <br />opposed to the use of chemicals and that such fabric as long as <br />it is of the un-woven type would not be considered hardcover. <br />Planning Commission may now offer this as an option to applicants <br />in dealing with properties with excessive hardcover where <br />underlying plastic has been used. <br />m <br />¥ <br />*
