Request to vary from standard that would require a <br />straight alignment of the drive within the front 50' setback <br />area. <br />2. Request to encroach in the required 30' side yard <br />setback area with realigned driveway; required = 30', <br />proposed *19. <br />Staff Cooiments - <br />Planning Commissicn Members are advised that the following <br />special requests of residents of Sugar Woods are not charged a <br />fee by the City. Because of this applicants are asked to provide <br />all the necessary information and present their special requests <br />to the Planning Commission directly. Please review Mr. Simonds' <br />addendum (Exhibit A), that notes the reasons or hardship that <br />create need to vary from the Sugar Woods development standards.
