D. Any conscruccion concemplaced by chis easement shall <br />be subject to municipal codes, ordinances and applicable <br />permit requirements. <br />2. Grantors agree that no further subdivision of lot <br />described herein will be made. <br />3. All buildings and improvement of the premises described <br />herein, as may be allowed by this Open Space Easement, shall comply <br />with building codes and buildings ordinances of the City of Orono. <br />4. This Open Space Easement or any provision contained herein <br />may be released by Grantee, but only by adoption of a resolution <br />to that effect by the City Council. In addition to any other <br />remedy the Grantees may have, the covenants and restrictions <br />contained h*'rein may be enforced by injunction. <br />5. Granto'- i do not intend that the public saould have any <br />interest in the above land by virtue of this indenture or otherwise. <br />6.
