To table the entire application until applicant has provided <br />a plan showing the removal of excessive cimounts of hardcover <br />on the 4.03 acre parcel; or <br />B. To advise the applicant to file a separate variance <br />application to consider the violation of the open space <br />easement limiting total hardcover to 33,000 s.f. and to act <br />separately on the current application which seeks approval <br />of the access stair structure. <br />If you are to act on the access stair structure, you may <br />adopt the findings and hardships set forth by the applicant in <br />addition to any cited by staff or by applicant at the meeting. <br />Such approval must be conditioned on the removal of the most <br />northern access stair structure and any other removals cr changes <br />in proposed structure deemed appropriate by Planning Commission.
