It appears to be complete except for the placement of rip <br />rap at the manhole that empties directly into the lake on the <br />east side of County Road 15. As of that inspection, the turn <br />lanes have yet to be defined by striping. <br />r- <br />staff recommends approval of the after-the-fact conditional <br />use permit/variance application f'.'r the Hennepin County <br />Department of Transportation for storr^ sewer improvements within <br />the lakeshore protected area located at the intersection of <br />County Roads 15 and 51 based on the following findings: <br />1. The proposed improvement plans have met the standards of <br />the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District - permit issued April <br />22, 1991. <br />2. The storm sewer plan satisfies all pertinent standards <br />of Section 10.55 of the zoning code. <br />.v =■;r
