Prior to the issuance of a building permit, applicant's <br />surveyor shall meet with the City staff on the property to <br />determine extent of wetland area on property so that final <br />survey can designate wetlands on survey and drainageway <br />along west side of property. <br />2. Applicant to execute drainage easement over wetlands and <br />drainageway on property to be submitted upon application for <br />a building permit, fully executed and in a form acceptable <br />for filing. <br />3. City Engineer to review drainage plans submitted with <br />building permit application. Approval by the Public Works Department for access onto <br />to County driveway. <br />5. Applicant to provide soil boring information in order to <br />determine the suitability of soils for building foundation. <br />6. Payment of two SAC fees and one sewer and one water unit <br />at the time of building permit application. Based on 1991 <br />schedule, water unit ct $1,764.53, sewer at $3,519.09. <br />Staff shall contact the City of Spring Park to see if they <br />have any concerns related to this application and report to you <br />at your meeting.
