Improvements to the property shall not have an adverse effect upon <br />the drainage pattern in the neighborhood. Applicants shall share in <br />the costs and shall share in the responsibility for improvements -o <br />the drainageway and culvert underneath the driveway serving the two <br />properties to the west. Applicants agree to allowing and sharing <br />responsibility for necessary drainageway Improvements within <br />applicants property boundaries. Such improvements may include but are <br />not limited to the following: <br />A) Culvert inlet upgrade including baffle weir or drop <br />structure. <br />B) Excavation of a larger storage area just above the culvert. <br />7. Applicants are advised to attempt to work with the two directly <br />benefitted property o%mers to the west in order to facilitate minimal <br />expenditures of private funds to accomplish the drainage improvements. <br />8. Prior to Issuance of a building permit, applicants shall provide a <br />detailed grading and drainage plan sufficient for City staff to <br />determine that the drainage pattern of the neighborhood will not be <br />adversely affected by improvements to the property. <br />Planning Commission vote on this recommendation was 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Continued
