Culvert inlet upgrade including baffle weir or drop <br />structure; <br />b. Excavation of a larger storage area just above the <br />culvert. <br />7. Applicant is advised to attempt to work with the two <br />directly benefitted property owners in order to <br />facilitate minimal expenditures of private funds to <br />accomplish the drainage improvements. <br />.
