In side yards only, no accessory structure shall be closer than <br />10 feet from any side lot line. No fence or wall constructed within a <br />side yard shall exceed a height of 6 feet above original grade. <br />I. Fences and walls exceeding 3 —1/2 feet in height may not be <br />located closer to the shoreline than the "average lakeshore setback , <br />defined as the average distance from the shoreline of existing <br />residence buildings on adjacent lots.
